Terms of service

Operator and agreement
These terms govern use of Trytracegrid, operated by Ahmed Refaat Abdelzaher in Egypt. By creating or using an account, you represent that you can bind yourself or the organization you identify. Contact: support@trytracegrid.com.
Service and beta status
Trytracegrid provides paid tracking audit, evidence, approval, verification, and limited test-write workflows. It is a beta service and may contain errors or incomplete integrations. Production workspaces are read-only during the beta. Availability, integrations, and capability limits may change.
Customer authorization
You must have lawful authority to connect every website, container, store, advertising account, analytics property, catalog, and dataset. You are responsible for workspace members, provider terms, notices and consents, instructions supplied to Trytracegrid, and the legality and accuracy of customer data.
Approvals and responsibility for changes
You must review the target, diff, evidence, scope, and limitations before approval. GTM draft creation and publication require separate approvals. UTM changes apply only to the exact displayed field. Trytracegrid's controls reduce risk but do not replace staging, backups, monitoring, or professional review.
Rollback limitations
Rollback is available only when Trytracegrid displays a usable snapshot and supported restoration method. A GTM rollback may republish a stored prior live container version. A supported UTM rollback may restore a stored original field and read it back. Rollback does not cover unrelated edits, downstream data already collected, provider outages, deleted provider resources, Shopify themes, Webflow custom code, WordPress, Wix, consent platforms, source code, server-side GTM, native integrations, or other operations not expressly marked restorable.
Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance through Paddle as merchant of record. Access continues through the paid period after cancellation unless terminated for cause or refunded. The first payment may qualify under the published 14-day refund policy. There is no free trial.
Data and DPA
You retain rights in customer data and grant Trytracegrid the limited rights needed to provide and secure the service. Where Trytracegrid processes personal data for a customer, the Data Processing Addendum applies once validly executed. The private execution process requires a valid service address for each signing party.
Acceptable use and suspension
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Trytracegrid may suspend access to address security, legal, payment, provider-platform, or material service risk, using proportionate notice where practical.
Intellectual property and feedback
Trytracegrid and its software, design, and documentation remain the operator's property. You may use the service only during the subscription and may not reverse engineer it except where law cannot prohibit that activity. Feedback may be used without obligation, but will not be published as a testimonial without consent.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Trytracegrid does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete detection, platform acceptance, reporting equivalence, or business outcomes. Marketing and analytics platforms use different timezones, attribution models, currencies, event definitions, consent signals, and reporting delays.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Trytracegrid's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination and data handling
You may cancel the subscription and may export or delete data through available controls. On termination, access may become read-only until deletion. Active data is removed after deletion confirmation and backups are targeted for purge within 30 days, subject to legal and security exceptions.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first attempt good-faith resolution through written notice. Subject to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be dated and communicated where appropriate. Continued use after an effective change constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Questions may be sent to support@trytracegrid.com.
