Money-back guarantee
Your first Tracegrid subscription payment is eligible for a refund request within 14 calendar days of payment.
How to request a refund
Email support@trytracegrid.com from the workspace owner's address. Include the workspace name and Stripe invoice number.
After a refund
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Paid product access may end when the refund is issued, and the workspace may move to read-only mode.
Renewals
The guarantee applies to the first payment for a workspace. Renewal payments are not automatically covered unless required by applicable law.
