The boundaries around AI processing inside Trytracegrid.

No training of Trytracegrid models

Trytracegrid does not use customer data to train its own models.

Minimized context

AI requests contain the task prompt and redacted evidence needed to explain a finding or draft a proposal. OAuth tokens, passwords, and encryption keys are not included. OpenAI Responses API requests are sent with store: false.

Deterministic execution

The AI may explain evidence or propose a supported action, but it cannot bypass role checks, environment restrictions, access modes, feature flags, or exact approvals. Provider processing remains subject to the applicable subprocessor terms and DPA.
